WHY TO GO

According to Greek mythology, Mount Olympus was home of the twelve principal gods. From its highest summits, they decided the fate of the world and mercilessly punished those who disobeyed them. It was also here where the Titan Prometheus stole fire from Zeus, the king of the gods, and gave it to mortals. Yes, all ancient legends revive as you walk the slopes of this fabled mountain.

WHAT TO SEE

Our most popular excursion will take you to Stavros refuge (944 m) with the magnificent view of the Greece's highest peak Mytikas (2,919 m) and of the whole Olympic coast. You will also visit the marketplace in town of Litochoro, admire the rich local flora during the walk to Enipeas Canyon, visit the impressive crusader fortress of Platamonas and enjoy a light lunch in a picturesque mountain village of Paleos Panteleimonas.
